The machine mills spur and helical gears as well as shafts up to module 10, and in a reinforced version up to module 14. With an axis travel of 600 mm between the milling head axis and the table surface, even long pinion shafts can be securely clamped. The milling head swivels by ±50°, the milling head speed ranges from 36 to 360 rpm, the table rotates at up to 18 rpm for small numbers of teeth, and the tangential travel of 200 mm utilizes the full milling head length for long tool life.

Geometric acceptance is carried out according to the manufacturer's standard or DIN, with a protocol. The scope of delivery also includes the complete machine enclosure with safety technology according to the latest standards, a new coat of paint in RAL 5015/7035, a magnetic chip conveyor, circulating and loss lubrication, a hydraulic unit, a coolant system, and the operating manual.
