The compressed air blasting machines of the SBM series are mobile machines designed for advanced surface treatment with compressed air jets and abrasive media grains. The advantageous conical bottom design facilitates abrasive movement and, combined with the option to use various valve types, makes the abrasives suitable for processing all types of abrasives with spherical, round, and/or angular shapes and any grain size.

The blasting units of the SBM series can achieve a surface quality up to class SA-3/SP5 and a capacity of up to 106 m2/h. SBM series sandblasters are equipped with large claw couplings, ensuring quick and safe connections while maintaining high compressed air throughput. The abrasive is loaded via a pneumatically operated rubber membrane - eliminating the need for inefficient screw connections - which makes the SBM series blasting units safer and easier to operate. The blasting device is also equipped with a large inspection valve that allows for quick tank emptying and the possibility of internal inspection. The SBM series blasting machines allow simultaneous operation with one or two working nozzles (depending on the model).

The control of the blasting device (in pneumatic or electric versions) is intuitive and precise, making it efficient, as the control handle is located at the end of the working line. The undeniable advantage of this solution is that the operator performing the cleaning can interrupt the operation of the machine directly, as required by the latest health and safety regulations (solution available as an additional option).

The tank of the SBM blasting unit has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, based on and under the supervision of a design approved by a notified body, and is CE-marked.
