描述
Fully automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and pivoting milling/polishing unit for finishing sawn or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, etc.) as well as for the processing of composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).
The required process parameters can be conveniently retrieved via the integrated material library, based on the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. A tool recommendation and the corresponding setup for the specific operation are also displayed.
The high precision of the polishing table significantly reduces the formation of streaks during processing. Additional mounting points for side stops or further guiding aids allow for flexible adaptation to any product.
