KUKA Zentralhand ZH 150/180/210

The Zentralhand has undergone a complete professional refurbishment process aimed at restoring its mechanical, functional and accuracy characteristics. The refurbishment includes complete disassembly, cleaning and inspection of all relevant parts, replacement of worn components and seals, professional reassembly, adjustment and final testing.

After filling with oil, additional filtration of the oil and oil chambers is carried out in order to achieve the highest possible level of system cleanliness and to remove contaminants and any potential assembly residues.

The Zentralhand is individually calibrated to match the original KUKA factory geometry. Each unit is supplied with its own identification plate and individual axis calibration offsets.

Thanks to this calibration, the refurbished Zentralhand serves as a direct replacement for the original KUKA Zentralhand while maintaining the robot geometry. After replacement, the existing programmed positions are retained without the need for reteaching or additional adjustment of program positions.

After calibration, the component is tested according to ISO 9283. Accuracy and repeatability are verified by measurement, and in these parameters the component meets the requirements of a new part. An individual ISO 9283 measurement report is included with the delivery.
