The system consists of a KUKA KR 1000 titan F from 2023 and a KUKA KR C4 controller from 2015.

Immediately after the acquisition of the new kinematics in 2023, the KUKA KR C4 controller was adapted to the KR 1000 titan F by updating and configuring the controller software.

The integration and subsequent commissioning of the complete system were carried out by an official KUKA system integrator.

Operating hours:

Kinematics (2023): Approx. 5.75 actual operating hours, measured based on the travel time with the brakes released.
KR C4 controller (2015): According to the available information, less than 100 operating hours before the software-side adjustment in 2023.

The kinematics were used exclusively for testing purposes and have only moved loads of approximately 30 kg.

Both components have never been used under regular production conditions.
