When installed outdoors, the load-bearing capacity is reduced by the wind and snow load.
The subsurface must be made of concrete, level and dowel-compatible and must be able to bear the loads. The customer must check and ensure that the soil condition and load-bearing capacity as well as any official permits that may be required are obtained.
The shelf supports must be anchored to the ground on site; anchoring to the wall is not necessary and is not recommended.
According to the trade association, it is recommended that the shelf supports on the top storage level have a projection of at least 500 mm from the top edge of the stand.
