1.This is Model 6012 Two-Chuck Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine, equipped with MAXPHOTONICS MFSC-3000 3000W fiber laser source and BOCHU CypCut/HypCut professional tube cutting control system.
2.It adopts heavy-duty integrated welded bed with aging stress relief treatment, dual pneumatic self-centering front & rear chucks for stable clamping, short tail cutting design to improve material utilization.

3.The fully enclosed cutting cabin with integrated dust removal system realizes low smoke, low noise and laser radiation protection, meeting industrial safety and environmental standards.
4.Full closed-loop servo drive system ensures positioning accuracy ±0.04mm/m and repeat positioning accuracy ±0.03mm/m, maximum idle moving speed up to 120m/min, matched with water cooling chiller for stable laser output.
5.The machine supports cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, brass and copper tubes, compatible with round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, oval tube, angle steel and channel steel.
6.It can complete hole drilling, bevel cutting, intersecting line cutting and blanking in one process, ideal mass production equipment for metal pipe processing factories.
