Very often, extraction systems with coolant recovery installed directly on machines are insufficiently effective or simply not present. Machine retooling, frequent opening of machine enclosures, or lack of enclosure at machining heads causes oil mist to escape from machine areas, exposing workspaces and personnel to harmful mist and vapors.
Installing a filtration tower significantly improves air quality at workstations and should be considered an ideal filtration and ventilation supplement for halls where fully isolating oil mist using coolant recovery devices is either impossible or very difficult to achieve.

An innovative PLC control system monitors data and detects threshold exceedances at the workplace, ceiling heat-up, and automatically regulates temperature and air quality.
