The pasteurizer is suitable for heat treating liquid, low-viscosity food products. The device is designed in accordance with food hygiene requirements. The heat treatment is carried out via a heat exchanger equipped with a stainless steel tube coil. The thermal energy is provided by a heating oil boiler. The temperature of the heating water is regulated by the boiler control. The temperature control of the treated liquid is achieved by a controlled switching valve. Temperature is monitored at two points: once in the heating medium and once at the product outlet. The device regulates the temperature of the heating medium automatically. Operation is fully automated. If the temperature of the juice to be pasteurized falls below the desired temperature, the output of the device is blocked and the juice circulates in the bypass system until the temperature reaches the set level. After that, the device allows filling again. After work is finished, the tube coil can be cleaned very easily using a sponge ball system. The device requires only minimal maintenance.
