The machine was used in our office environment to cut open multi-page, staple-bound questionnaires prior to scanning. The exact year of manufacture is unknown. We have been using the device since around 1998. In recent years, it has only been used occasionally. Since the device does not have a counter, the indicated figure is only a non-binding estimate. The device is located in our old building office on the first floor. The staircase is sufficiently large, but there is no elevator. Transport or collection must be arranged by the buyer. An additional newly-sharpened second blade is included with the device.
