Vacuum tumblers are designed for massaging meat products in vacuum environment. The working element has a special
spiral shape that provides regular product massage. The meat becomes brittle and thus maximizes activation of the
proteins. Depending on the type of meat, the most suitable drum rotation speed is selected. The massaging process can
be both vacuum and vacuum-free.
Vacuum tumblers of Hranmehanica are the perfect application for processing all kinds of ham, chopped meats, chicken,
fish and many others
The Vacuum Tumblers of Hranmechanica meet all the operational requirements and standards of the European
Union. These machines meet the highest requirements for reliability and energy efficiency.- Built entirely of stainless steel.- Effective cooling system- Adjusting the vacuum power- Drum speed adjustment- Temperature measurement and control
All Vacuum Tumblers are equipped with ADITEC microprocessor
