Servo feeding system Feed screw adopts servo control system to prevent crushing materials and deliver higher reliability. Servo mold plate drive system With high repeated positioning accuracy, servo operated mold plate drive system ensures high reliability at a fresh of 100 strokes/min. The food forming machine is equipped with fewer wearing parts to reduce your usage and maintenance cost. Stainless forming platform The forming platform is made by stainless steel plate. With high precision of processing and positioning, the forming platform ensures the stable and high-speed running of mold plate system. Hydraulic fast filling system Imported hydraulic filling system and high-precision filling cavity can rapidly fill the mold plates with no material leakage. Touchscreen control The touchscreen control system features new operation interface, multiple languages input, easy parameter setting, auto data storage, auto fault diagnosis, EtherCAT bus control and high-speed data communication. Good compatibility with metal mold plates Metal mold plates have excellent wear resistance, long service life and less material leakage. The food forming equipment is able to process a wide range of products including meat, fish, potatoes and vegetables as well as bakery.
