High performance all buckle folding machine with computerised auto set-up of fold plates & rollers.
Comprising;
• RFH82 continuous loading round pile feeder with air stream table designed for high run lengths
• With low operator strain, double wheel suction head for wide format sheets.
• Digital microprocessor control with touch screen display for automatic setting of fold plates and
roller pressures with learning function for signature length, suction & spacing with run monitoring,
integrated total and batch counter with memory.
• Touch-screen for fully automatic setting of fold plates and roller pressures.
• Combination buckle plates with swing-away deflectors for quick change from stop to fold.
• Setting adjustments can be made outside the machine ‘on the fly’.
• Sound hoods covering all buckle units.
• SBP.D presser/stacker delivery unit.
Including compressor, tools, spares & manuals.
Accessories:
Electronic gate-fold plate with control unit (to be confirmed).

1st buckle unit - 82cm with 4 plates, perforating/scoring shafts
2nd mobile buckle unit - 66cm with 4 plates, perforating/scoring shafts
3rd mobile buckle unit - 56cm with 4 plates, perforating/scoring shafts
