The Handtmann VF 608 plus is a professional portioning filler with a paddle system, a compact and versatile device designed for precise portioning, dispensing, and filling of products. It is ideally suited for meat processing plants, butcher shops, delicatessen facilities, and catering companies producing sausages, delicatessen items, or cheese products.
The device utilizes Handtmann’s patented paddle system for feeding the product, which ensures exceptionally gentle processing of the raw material without crushing the product’s structure. The integrated, reliable Busch vacuum pump effectively evacuates air from the product, resulting in an excellent appearance of the final product’s cross-section and consistent weight for each portion.
Thanks to the use of a modern servo drive and an intuitive control panel, the machine is extremely easy to operate, and changing parameters and product types is efficient with minimal loss of raw material. The robust housing made of stainless steel guarantees long-lasting durability and ease of maintaining stringent hygiene standards.
