GP-Service EasyPUR AC25

PUR adhesive unit as retrofit for edge banding machines, with integrated pre-melter, for achieving a permanent invisible joint (zero joint).

Symmetrical device, hence suitable for both left- and right-handed machines.

Adhesive roller diameter: 25 mm.

Significantly reduced maintenance and cleaning effort thanks to PTFE coating of all assemblies (except the adhesive roller).

Adhesive does NOT need to be drained from the adhesive reservoir at the end of production.

Suitable for flexible production capacities.

Application in parallel feed direction.

Generally adaptable to all common machine manufacturers:

- SCM Olympic series
