Our service includes the overhaul of assemblies such as workhead, grinding headstock and tailstock of the Karstens and Bahmüller brands. Our service also includes the repair of the friction gear of Karstens workpiece headstocks.

Cylindrical grinding machines are too heavy and too large to be easily transported. Their individual assemblies can usually be easily dismantled and shipped by a forwarding agent.

We can dismantle, clean and measure these assemblies and replace parts.
Or they can be upgraded and expanded with new technology. After completion, the assemblies are then sent back and the cylindrical grinding machine can resume its work after assembly.
