Overview

This Gernep Labetta 4/3/8 480 2A is a rotary cold glue labeller for glass bottles, built in 2012 by Gernep (Barbing, Germany). It was in service at a craft brewery and applies body, neck-ring and back labels at up to 9,000 bottles per hour. The machine ran on one format, a 0.30 L BNR beer bottle, and is supplied complete with format parts, a large stock of spare parts and the glue pump units.

Condition

Taken out of service in working condition in May 2026 and stored since. Regularly maintained by Gernep; major Gernep service in March 2025 with new bearings and wear parts. Everything required to put the machine back into operation is included. The machine can be moved by forklift or pallet truck. Inspection is possible by arrangement, and the former operators are available for questions.
