Formit limited Duplex F1

The Formid Limited is a roll forming line with an electrically extendable support system for forming sets up to 800 mm. The drive is manual via a bevel gearbox. It can be combined into a single electric system and measures the width of the spacing. Mounted on 45 mm shafts, 12 keyways, shaft distance 145 mm. Axle spacing 250 mm. Shaft spacing minimum 200 mm from each other and 800 mm apart. Powered by a 380-volt electric motor with 15 kW. The system is suitable for profiles with frequently varying center widths. It features center roller supports to maintain the lower layer of the steel strip, which in turn supports the base strip substrate in a defined profile. The system also includes 16 stations.
