Gravity belt filter
Gbsdoz R Airepfx Ailsu
Constructed in stainless steel and intended for the filtration of demineralised water. It has an approximate nominal filtration area of 7.5 m2, formed by a continuous metal belt approximately 1500 mm wide. Declared flow rate: 105 m3 per hour. Tank capacity: 10000 litres. Maximum operating temperature: 65 degrees Celsius. Nominal filling level: 80 percent. The SG Becken type tank has an empty weight of 1300 kg and has been pressure tested at 0.5 bar. Includes filter conveyor belt, compartmentalised tank, feed and discharge system, geared motor for belt movement, piping, valves, flanged connections, sensors and access structure with platforms and stairs.
