The eromobil® metal eroder removes broken taps, twist drills and more in minutes without damaging the workpiece. A professional solution to minimize production disruption and avoid rejects.


Easy to use
The hollow copper electrode is clamped in the oscillating head. It has a smaller diameter than the broken tool. During eroding, the core of the broken tool is destroyed. The cutting edges loosen and can be easily removed. The electrode is not in contact with the workpiece, so the thread remains undamaged. Ordinary drilling emulsion is used as a coolant.
