Fully automated robotic cells for different industries having main components: product preparing / aligning belt, Fanuc robot unit (different type based on application requirement), robot stand, robot gripper, roller / belt conveyor for final product. Machines are controlled by HMI interface no need to know robot programming code to operate the machines. We develop applications for staking, transferring , palletizing, sorting, pick and place, group and insert into boxes for bags, buckets, bottles, boxes, cans,etc.
Each robotic cell can be upgraded with industrial vision system , labeling systems, marking systems and also software for monitoring production.
