The WELDEX FT series of filtration towers has been specially designed for the efficient removal of welding fumes in production facilities. These units are primarily intended for extracting contaminated air during the welding of large or complex metal parts, where conventional fume extraction directly at the source is impractical. Fine particles are captured by M-class filter cartridges, and the filters are automatically cleaned during operation using a pulse jet of compressed air (pulse cleaning).

The WELDEX FT filtration tower is positioned at the center of the workspace. Fume-laden ambient air is drawn in at the top of the unit from the surrounding area, filtered, and then returned to the hall draught-free through two side outlets. The three-section dust collection drawer gathers separated contaminants from both the pre-separator chamber and the filter compartment.
