Capable of multiple processing methods including tube Forming, tube expanding, tube end blunting, and bulging. Processed shapes
include concave-convex joints, elongated, flat, square, flared, angled, V-shaped, open elbow, etc. Molds can be changed according to the
user’s processed products.
Mold replacement is simple and convenient, facilitating flexible production. The machine has a compact and sturdy structure,
uses hydraulic power, operates stably with a high yield rate, minimal vibration, and low noise. It can perform tube end
reduction, expansion, bulging, upsetting rib forming, and other shape forming processes. Suitable for processing various shapes at the
connecting parts of pipe fittings (for insertion), automotive oil pipes, air ducts, water pipes, and air conditioning pipes.
