The machine is equipped with 2 unwinding stations, allowing you to process double the quantity of cut lengths simultaneously. The machine speed is 50 m per minute. In the longitudinal direction, 3 knives can be set, enabling the width to be halved and a trim to be cut off on each side. The unwinding station is equipped with 3-inch and 6-inch pneumatic expanding shafts. We have successfully processed BO PET films with thicknesses ranging from 36 to 250 microns. The machine is fully connected, can be inspected daily, and, by arrangement, customer material can also be tested. We would disassemble and load the machine, either onto a truck or into a container.
