TUBE CUTTING FUNCTION

- Max diameter of tube to be cut (D): 30 - 400 mm
- Max square tube: 250 x 250 mm
- Cutting range of profiles (length): 3000 mm
- Max length of tube to be cut:
a) Round tube Dmax = 115 mm, max length is 6000 mm (possible to feed manually through the opening in the chuck)
b) Square tube 30 x 40 up to 80 x 80 mm, max length is 6000 mm (possible to feed manually through the opening in the chuck)
c) For larger tubes and profiles, max length is 3000 mm
- Positioning accuracy of tube/profile cutting: +/- 0.5 mm per 1000 mm. This value is given for the first 1000 mm. Further accuracy depends on the straightness and precision of the tube/profile.

CNC and Software coming with the machine:
- CNC control: SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D
- LANTEK Expert Cut-Plus: 1 license (recommended to update)
- 2D file import. Dwg and dxf
