Digima DC TYTAN 350

The Digima DC TYTAN 350 is a compact lathe designed for precise machining of metals and plastics. It is an excellent solution for small workshops, service centres, garages, technical schools, prototyping facilities and hobby applications. Its compact dimensions allow it to be installed in a limited workspace, while its robust construction provides stability and accuracy during operation.

The machine is equipped with a powerful 850 W brushless motor and a direct-drive spindle. This solution ensures quiet operation, smooth performance and a long service life. The continuously variable spindle speed of 50 to 2,500 rpm allows the operator to adjust the machining parameters to the material, workpiece diameter and type of operation.

The Digima DC TYTAN 350 can machine workpieces with a maximum swing over the bed of 180 mm and a distance between centres of 350 mm. The spindle bore measures 20 mm, while the supplied lathe chuck has a diameter of 100 mm. The machine can also cut metric threads from 0.5 to 2.5 mm and imperial threads from 12 to 52 TPI.

The TYTAN 350 is suitable for producing bushes, shafts, pins, spacers, prototype components, replacement parts and small production batches. It allows users to manufacture and repair essential components directly in their own workshop, reducing outsourcing costs and waiting times.

The standard equipment includes a 100 mm three-jaw lathe chuck, a drill chuck with an arbor, an MT2 live centre, a fixed centre, a set of five turning tools, operating and adjustment keys, and a rear splash guard protecting the workstation against chips and coolant. The machine is CE-certified and supplied with an operating manual.
