Equipment Description and Technical Data
All technical parameters see in the passport enclosed.
The general principle of the Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) system, used as a secondary measure to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) concentrations in flue gas, involves injecting an ammonia water solution (reagent) into the boiler combustion chamber. This process relies on specific chemical reactions that occur at a designated point in the combustion plant under predefined temperature conditions.
SNCR Plant Overview
The SNCR system is divided into two main sections:
Iisdpfx Ajwwttljf Aeh
Common Section – Shared by boilers K8, K9, K10, and potentially K14.
Boiler-Specific Section – Installed individually on each boiler (K8, K9, K10, and possibly K14).
Common Section Components
Reagent Dispensing Equipment
Bottling station with a catch pit
Storage tanks with sump
Pumps for reagent transport and circulation
Underground emergency sump
Compressor Station
Compressors
Air dryers
Aerators and filters
Condensate oil separators
Electronic condensate traps
Demineralized Water Pumping Station
Piping Systems for:
Reagent
Pressure and control air
Demineralized water
Instrument air
Boiler-Specific Section Components
Each boiler (K8, K9, K10, and potentially K14) includes:
Mixing and Measuring Module
Injection Lance with Two-Component Nozzles
Piping for:
Reagent
Demineralized water
Pressure and control air
Control valves
PLC Control System
Continuous Temperature Measurement (AGAM or pyrometers, depending on boiler)
Continuous NOx Measurement (N43 SIIp)
Key Notes
Purpose: NOx reduction via chemical reaction with ammonia solution.
Flexibility: System designed to optionally include boiler K14.
Automation: PLC-controlled with real-time monitoring (temperature and NOx levels)
