The fryer comes with an oil holding tank and pumping system for filling oil into and emptying oil from during deep-clean. Smaller tank inside the room that gravity drip feeds oil to the fryer to keep is continuously topped up.
It was originally an electric fryer but was converted to thermal fluid heated.
There is a little damage to the fryer hood, it doesn’t affect the fryer performance.
Year of manufacture is 1987, its in perfect working order.
