The CP Bourg BB-3002 perfect binder, manufactured in 2009, is a single-clamp binding system designed for professional book production. Currently in operation at a printshop in Germany, it offers reliable performance with hotmelt spine and side gluing for strong, durable binding results.



Key features include an adjustable milling section with extraction, ensuring clean and precise preparation of the spine. The machine accommodates sheet and cover sizes up to 385 x 750 mm (minimum 100 x 201 mm), with book thickness ranging from 1 mm to 60 mm. It supports cover weights between 80 and 300 g/qm2, with a maximum cover pile height of 80 mm.
