CORMAK THEOR 20 COMPACT Inverter

THEOR 20 INVERTER Screw Compressor with Refrigerated Air Dryer

The set includes the THEOR 20 INVERTER screw compressor and the N20S refrigerated air dryer. The CORMAK THEOR series screw compressors combine state-of-the-art pneumatic technology with high-quality materials and components. Low operating costs, ease of use, an ergonomic and robust design, and high performance guarantee efficient and trouble-free operation.

Are you looking for a professional solution for powering pneumatic tools in a workshop, paint shop or small production line? The CORMAK THEOR 20 COMPACT screw compressor with refrigerated air dryer and VSD inverter is an excellent choice. With a 15 kW motor and an impressive actual output of up to 2,100 l/min, it provides a continuous supply of compressed air required for efficient operation of impact wrenches, blow guns and painting tools. It can also be used as a compressor for sandblasting applications.

This model has been designed for continuous-duty operation, making it ideal for demanding applications such as tyre service centres, large automotive workshops and manufacturing facilities. Investing in a CORMAK screw compressor means a significant improvement in working comfort – say goodbye to noisy piston compressors and enjoy quieter, more stable operation.

The screw compressor is equipped with an integrated refrigerated compressed air dryer, which provides dry and clean air, protecting the compressed air system against corrosion and damage. It is also equipped with a VSD inverter, which automatically adjusts the compressor's speed according to demand, helping to reduce electricity consumption.

The THEOR 20 COMPACT oil-injected screw compressor with refrigerated air dryer and VSD inverter features a traditional belt drive, resulting in easier maintenance and lower servicing costs. Belt replacement is simpler and less expensive than repairing a direct-drive system, and a worn belt can be easily replaced with a new one.

Extended Component Service Life

The belt drive also contributes to longer component life. The absence of a rigid connection between the motor and the compressor's working components reduces mechanical wear and stress, helping to extend the service life of the system.

The maximum operating pressure generated by this screw compressor is 10 bar. Full control over the machine's operating parameters is provided by an intuitive MAM electronic control panel, giving the operator access to key machine information and greater flexibility and control over the production process.
