CORMAK MP140

140L Parts Cleaning Cabinet Washer

The 140L parts cleaning cabinet washer is a professional workshop device designed for effective removal of oils, greases, deposits, and stubborn contaminants from metal and mechanical components. Operating in a closed-loop system, the machine uses cleaning fluid efficiently and economically. Thanks to its large tank capacity and stable construction, it is an ideal solution for industrial plants, workshops, and service facilities.

Main advantages of the 140L workshop parts washer
Maximum cleaning fluid capacity: 90 liters – allows long, continuous operation without frequent refilling of cleaning agent.
Pump flow rate of 2.7–3.6 l/min – ensures precise cleaning of hard-to-reach areas and surfaces with micro-cracks.

Large 140-liter tank – enables cleaning of larger machine and equipment components.
Closed-loop fluid circulation system – economical use of cleaning liquid, reduced waste, and a cleaner working environment.
Automatically locking lid – ensures safe operation during cleaning processes.
Stable four-leg construction – provides optimal working height and safe operating conditions.
Practical working shelf under the tank – convenient space for drying parts or storing tools.
Design and technology

The parts washer is equipped with a flexible hose with a spray nozzle, through which the cleaning fluid is delivered under pressure from the bottom of the tank. To ensure optimal performance, the pump inlet must remain completely submerged.

The tank lid opens smoothly and locks automatically, increasing operator safety. The robust frame and four supporting legs provide excellent stability, even during intensive use.

The well-thought-out design and compact dimensions (1130 x 540 x 885 mm) allow the unit to fit into most workshop spaces while providing a large working area for cleaning bigger components.

Precision and cleaning efficiency

The high-performance pump, with a flow rate of up to 3.6 liters per minute, combined with the closed-loop system, enables continuous and efficient operation with minimal fluid consumption.

The cleaning solution penetrates even microscopic gaps, allowing thorough removal of contaminants from metal, cast iron, steel, and aluminum parts. The machine is designed for use with water-based detergents – cleaning effectiveness depends on the type and quality of the cleaning agent used.
