Installation consisting of:

- A horizontal cylindrical deodorizer with a shallow bed divided into two horizontal compartments, supported by two supports and offering the possibility of treating either 250 kg in one compartment or 500 kg in two compartments.

- A horizontal buffer tank equipped with a product inlet/outlet, a vacuum outlet, and a sight glass. Volume: +/- 460 liters.
- 2 tubular heat exchangers
- 1 electric heater
- 2 electric heating elements
- Other equipment: control and metering valves, flow meter, steam drying ramp, etc.
- Electrical cabinet

Materials: all parts in contact with the product are made of 304L and 316L stainless steel.
Insulation: 100 mm rock wool.

Capacity: deodorization temperature 180°C (200°C max.)

Process: heating the product under vacuum + steam injection.
