2 units SSI Schäfer LogiMat-2425 from 2019 for sale. Very sparsely used and in as good as new condition. SSI Schaefer is one of the world's largest companies in warehouse automation and their Vertical Lift Module "LogiMat" has gained a lot of ground in the world in recent years.

These 2 lifts come with a good height of 9 950 mm - if you have enough ceiling height in your warehouse or factory, it means the possibility of really compact storage on a small floor surface. If necessary, the machines can be lowered to the desired height.

The trays have a width of 2 425 mm and can handle a load of 300 kg, the combination means that the vertical storage lifts also work for businesses with heavy goods.

The VLM's come with the option "LogiTilt", a function where the shelf can tilt in the opening of the machine and thus improve the ergonomics for the picker.

In addition to the tilt function, the lifts also come with a laser pointer. If the machines are connected to your ERP or WMS, the laser pointer can indicate which picking location goods should be picked from.

The machines can be purchased separately or in pairs.

These vertical lifts are configured with 3 225 mm wide shelves but with slightly shallower shelves than standard, 625 mm, this is often appreciated by warehouse / factory staff for ergonomic reasons. Each shelf provides 2.02 m² of storage space and with 34 shelves per lift, this gives about 68.5 m² of storage space on a floor area of about 10 m² per machine.

The Vertical Lift Modules are each equipped with a 17" touch display and without external software, the control panel can be used to manage shelves, handle user management, optimize shelf placement and monitor the weight of each shelf. The lifts can also be connected to a WMS/ERP if necessary.

These objects come with the option "LogiGate"; doors in the opening that open/close when the elevator machines pick up/drop off shelves. This option reduces dust and dirt in the machine and lowers the noise level when the lift is running.
