CETINGIL KO Shot Blasting Room NEW

The Blasting room (also called a sandblasting room or shot blasting room) is an enclosed area designed for cleaning, roughening, or surface preparation of materials such as metal, concrete, stone, or wood.
Inside the room, abrasive materials (like quartz sand, steel grit, aluminum oxide, or glass beads) are propelled at high speed using compressed air to remove rust, paint, scale, or dirt from the surface and achieve the desired roughness.

Main Components of a Sandblasting Room
Blasting Chamber / Room:
A steel-structured enclosure with wear-resistant lining to protect the interior walls.
Blasting Machine (Nozzle System):
Mixes compressed air and abrasive media, then directs it toward the workpiece.
Dust Collection System (Filter Unit):
Removes airborne dust and maintains clean air inside the room.
Abrasive Recovery System:
Collects used abrasive material, cleans it, and recycles it for reuse.
Operator Equipment:
The operator wears protective gear, including a helmet with air supply, gloves, and a blast suit.
