We offer this used, fully automatic box emptying system for boxes in the format 120x100x77.5 cm, manufactured in 2015. It is a Burg system, with a portal for emptying, a stepped conveyor, and a pepper washing/drying unit.

Description:
The system empties 27 boxes (each containing approximately 800 peppers, with a total weight of approximately 180 kilograms) per hour. The boxes (stacked 3 high) are placed onto a roller conveyor using a forklift. The feeding and emptying process is fully automated. After emptying, the boxes are stacked again, 3 high, and can be removed using a forklift.
The peppers pass through a stepped conveyor (for better distribution of the peppers) and then through a washing machine, which also includes a dryer.
Not included in the sale: the roller conveyor for quality control and the sorting system.
