Technological line of the Polish brand BRODPOL for sawing medium-sized logs with a length from 1,800 to 3,000 mm and a diameter from 120 to 480 mm

The line consists of the following machines and devices:

1. Log magazine/feed conveyor with inclined discharge, type PKS 2200/2912

2. Driven prism-shaped accelerating table, length 5,000 mm, equipped with a pneumatic log discharge mechanism
Year of production: 2023

3. Driven prism-shaped accelerating table, length 4,000 mm, equipped with a log turning mechanism
Year of production: 2023

4. Chain-fed circular saw unit TT5/700/480 G
Year of production: 2023

5. Receiving roller table with separating plates, “bag” type, length 7,000 mm
Year of production: 2023

6. Centring table SC 8000, equipped with a mechanism for stopping one cant
Year of production: 2023

7. Double-spindle multi-rip saw WP 220
Year of production: 2023

8. Central belt conveyor, length 38,000 mm, belt width 500 m
Year of production: 2023

Additionally, the line includes a waste receiving system with an MDR metal detector and a MADREW RK 650x200 chipper from 2021, as well as a dust extraction installation with a JKF cyclone dedicated to this line.
