Biesse Rover A 2243 FT CNC Machining Center with Automatic Loading/Unloading System.
This 2017 machine features a large flat grid table of 4,300 mm x 2,205 mm, divided into a 12-segment Multizone vacuum system for independent work-holding.

The machine is equipped with a powerful 13.2 kW HSK-63F electrospindle with a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm.
Tool changes are handled by an 8-position turret magazine. A BH10L drilling unit with ten independent vertical spindles is also included.
A key feature is the fully automatic material handling system, including a scissor table for pallet loading (max weight 6 tons), an alignment and labeling machine, and a servo-controlled sweeping arm for automated unloading onto the 4,800 mm discharge conveyor belt.
The machine is controlled by a BH660 CNC numerical control and includes the bSolid programming software with the bNest module for nesting operations.
