This machine is suited for flush or bevel trimming of edgebanding materials upto 8mm thick (Max 3mm on the coil). Currently the machine is fitted with Straight cutters, but combination cutters can be fitted for radius trimming.
This machine DOES NOT do corner rounding. But does have the following units: -
Pre-Milling.
EVA Hot Melt Gluing System.
End Snipping Saws (Straight or Chamfer cut).
Rough Trim (Top & Bottom).
Fine Trim (Top & Bottom).
Glue line scraping (Top & Bottom).
