Each machine is supplied with a large AISI 304-grade tray designed to collect fat and prevent drippings from sliced meat. Uniform and rapid cooking is achieved through surround ceramic heaters and a highly conductive ROBAX glass panel mounted in front of the heating elements. The heat-resistant, hygienic ROBAX glass prevents fat from reaching the heaters, ensuring safe operation.
