- The equipment can manufacture unreinforced concrete pipes with connection sockets:

- Maximum height of pipe: 1000mm; minimum height of pipe: 250mm

- Vertical translation of the rotating head – electric engine

- Variable revolution of the rotating head (frequency converter)

- Sizes: 2.0x2.0x4.2 meters

- Power: 16 kW (supply voltage: 380V)

- Average productivity: 1 pipe / 6 minutes

- Loading of the machine with concrete: manual; (optional – by conveyor belt)

- Manipulating the formwork with the concrete pipe inside: with the forklift;

- Recovery of the formwork: immediately.

- Recovery of the ring: after 2-3 days, depending on the ambient temperature.

- The frequency converter allows adjustment of speed according to the inside diameter of the pipe.

- Changing the rotating head is simple and fast.

- Rotating heads are lined with interchangeable wear resistant steel sheets.

- MX500L Concrete Mixer with aggregate loader: concrete preparation
- Conveyor: transport of concrete from the mixer to the formwork.
