Sample filling system of a disinfection liquid bottle filling line for smaller bottles with a filling volume of up to 100ml. The fully automatic filling process includes: Aligning and feeding of the bottles; filling with 2 to 8 filling heads and with high accuracy by anti-drip device; automatic alignment, feeding and capping of the lids / spray caps, single or double sided labeling of the bottles; outfeed and collection of the bottles to a collection table or to the next production station. -Specifications: number of filling nozzles: 4 (can be customized for a surcharge); number of heads for lid positioning and capping: 1, each (can be customized for a surcharge); filling range: 30-100ml; dosing method: by piston pump; accuracy: +/- 1%; speed: max. 2000 bottles/hour, at 100ml max. 500 bottles/hour; label size: L10-350mm, W10-200mm; product contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel, plastic/rubber parts are food grade.
