Fully automatic liquid filling machine with 6 filling heads for filling volumes of different alternative ranges e.g. 50-500ml – customized configurations are possible. The volume is adjustable within the filling range by adaptation of the capacity of the air cylinder – uncomplicated controlled by software, without using additional modules. Operating principle: feeding of the bottles via infeed conveyor, positioning of the bottles, feeding of the filling needles into the bottles, filling by filling lances, exact dosing controlled by air cylinders. Electronic components: PLC and Touchscreen by SIEMENS, optical sensors by Sick. Pneumatic parts predominantly by AIRTAC. CIP (cleaning in place system) is customizable via software and hardware. - Specifications: number of filling heads: 6; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 35 cycles/minute; accuracy: depending on chosen filling range and real filling volume; stainless steel version SS304 – all parts in contact with the filling material are made of SS316; power: 220V, 0.5kW; compressed air: 4-6bar, 0,4m³; machine dimensions LxBxH: 3500x1350x1800mm; weight: 850kg. - Mounting of servo motors instead air cylinders for dosing possible at a surcharge.
