This bottle unscrambler sorts round plastic bottles automatically and places on a conveyor at speed s of up to 100 pcs/min. Stable operation at low noise. - Specifications: bottle diameter: 45-90mm; bottle height: 75-240mm; sorting speed: max. 100 bottles/min; machine stops automatically when the bottles are jammed due to photocell; MITSUBISHI PLC, WEVIEW touchscreen, OPTEX photocell, SCHNEIDER frequency converter; Frame of stainless steel (SS304); compressed air: 6-8bar; power: 220V, 2kW; machine dimensions: L2600xW1500xH1500mm. Optional: different unscramble trays for different bottle sizes.
