A complete stationary concrete block production plant Adler is available. Components: stationary block machine/press unit, mixer, skip/feeding unit, material hopper, conveyor belts, height conveyor, pallet circulation system, pallet transport, palletizer, stacking and destacking units, strapping system, control system, hydraulic unit, silo, material feeding system, dosing unit, discharge. Output: 1500 cycles/day, output: 3000 pallets/h, operation: double-pallet operation, available concrete block format X/Y/Z: 500mm/200mm/250mm. The drying racks are made of wood and can no longer be used. The system has not been operated for 20 years and requires an overhaul. The system was operated from 1995 to 2005. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible. The system is located in Portugal.
