Our company is headquartered in the heart of the Ruhr region. With a combined experience of more than 75 years in surface finishing technology and acrylic glass processing, we are among the leading companies in this sector.

Our founder and Managing Director, Dipl.-Ing. Axel Wirth, established the company in 1983. In 2005, the company moved from Uechtingstraße to its current location on Emscherstraße, which allowed for both an expansion of the company and the portfolio (production area: 6,000 sqm; storage area: 12,000 sqm). Due to continued growth, a branch office was opened in Gescher at the beginning of 2018 (production area: 2,000 sqm; storage area: 6,000 sqm). Across the main location and the branch, approximately 70 employees manage a wide range of customer requirements.

We offer our customers a comprehensive range of services in surface technology, metal fabrication, acrylic glass processing, lighting technology, and waterjet cutting.

On our production floor, we can coat small components as well as complex constructions (for both interior and exterior use) in all RAL and special color shades. Our premium pre-treatment ensures top-quality coating results. Environmentally friendly processing methods and strict quality control procedures are of utmost importance to us.

A second area of expertise is acrylic fabrication and custom Plexiglas cutting. Using computer-optimized cutting, CNC milling, and drilling, we process acrylic semi-finished products and sheet materials. We are proficient in all standard manufacturing techniques including bevelling, turning, bending, flame polishing, diamond polishing, and adhesives technology. In addition, we process, print, and supply Plexiglas in various shapes, colors, and levels of light transmission. We can provide both bespoke products and series production runs.

Furthermore, we also manufacture metal constructions from aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. From CAD-assisted profile cutting through drilling, punching, milling, welding, and bending, all the way to surface finishing, we can offer our customers both serial products and custom one-off solutions.

In lighting technology, we are able to produce all types of light strips and lighting solutions (including energy-saving LEDs or fluorescent tubes with various ballast units).

Waterjet cutting is also one of our core competencies. High-pressure waterjet cutting is highly efficient and a well-established process — it is used wherever materials need to be separated with the highest precision (without affecting or altering the material). The use of abrasive additives in the water extends the range of processable materials almost infinitely.
